| Customer Reviews: A chess library on disk November 20, 2008 The Gamesman This is an amazing CD. ChessCentral has digitized several classic chess works and offered them in electronic form for a fraction of the price
you'd pay for the print editions. Two of the books are still "must reads" for every chessplayer and are cornerstones of every good chess library:
Capablanca's "Fundamentals" and Lasker's "Manual". This CD package is more than "highly recommended"; it's *required*.
Classic! September 30, 2008 ChessDadof4 (Earth) I bought this a few years ago. It truely is a great buy. It's helped me so much. My favorite is Chess Fundamentals by J. R. Capablanca Capablanca; We forget how important this is for the whole game. I keep going back and reviewing. I hope you enjoy as much as I have.
